New to insurance? Start with a $30,000 base salary plus first-year commissions typically ranging from $20,000$60,000, with licensing assistance available.

Already licensed and experienced? Step into a role with a $60,000$80,000 salary range and up to 15% commission our top performers earned $65,000+ in commissions last year alone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend the right coverage for new and existing clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and community outreach
• Manage policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

• Active KY, OH, or IN Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required licensing assistance provided for the right candidate
• Prior insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office a plus
