Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $45,000 annually
- Total earning potential: $45,000$120,000+ annually, including bonuses and commissions.
- Staff lunches provided every workday.

What You'll Do
- Help customers identify insurance coverage that fits their needs.
- Generate new business through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
- Develop leads into new customer opportunities.
- Present insurance products and recommend coverage solutions.
- Work toward sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the agency's growth.

What We're Looking For
- Strong sales ability and a results-driven mindset.

- A strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
- Candidates without a current insurance license are welcome to apply but must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
- We will train someone with a strong sales background and willingness to learn!
- State Farm experience is a plus.
- A willingness to develop professionally and contribute to a successful team.
