Are you an ambitious, people-focused professional who wants more than a traditional sales job? Our Proteg Program provides a structured path to develop the skills, experience, and relationships needed to build a long-term career in insurance and prepare for the opportunity to run your own agency.

As a Proteg, youll receive paid, hands-on training, mentorship, business development experience, and exposure to the day-to-day operations of a successful insurance agency. Youll work alongside experienced agency leaders while developing your own book of business and learning what it takes to lead a team and operate a business.

Salary Range: $3000.00 - $6000.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.

• Property and Casualty Insurance License required (we can help you get licensed!)
• Insurance Sales Experience highly preferred.
