  • This role is for someone with a strong work ethic, a great sense of urgency, ethics, and closing ability.
  • This role is not for someone who wants to coast, avoid pressure, or be chased for follow-ups.


The role:

  • This is a 1099 producer role for someone who wants upside, sense of accountability, and the chance to grow with an agency from day one.
  • You will be responsible for generating activity, following up, building trust, handling objections, and closing business in P&C and Life.
  • We care about results, speed, integrity, and personal accountability.

Compensation:

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Prospect and follow up consistently
  • Quote and sell P&C and Life products
  • Build trust with prospects and clients
  • Handle objections and ask for the sale
  • Keep your pipeline organized
  • Contribute to a high-growth environment
  • Operate with urgency and professionalism

Structure:

  • 1099
  • Base + commission
  • In-person collaboration is a major advantage in this role
  • Office workspace is available in Arlington Heights, Illinois
  • Best fit for someone who wants to work primarily from the office and be around activity, coaching, and momentum
  • Contractors are expected to manage their schedules responsibly and maintain consistent monthly production levels

Requirements

Licensing:

  • You must be already licensed in Property & Casualty License, or be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license before starting
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is optional.

Experience:

  • Experience is helpful, but not required.
  • We are open to experienced producers and high-potential people from other sales backgrounds.
  • If you can learn fast, handle pressure, follow through, and close ethically, you will be taken seriously.
