Now I'm building the team I always wanted to work on: small, honest, and set up so good people can actually win.

- Room to grow. Our plan is to grow to 5 producers and a sales lead. The people who get in early get the first shot.
The honest part (we'd rather you know now)
- This is a phone job: about 80 calls a day and at least 8 hours of real conversations a week.
- Remote means self-driven. You need a quiet spot and the drive to stay on task.
- Michigan residents only.
Pay: Base pay plus monthly commission. Most producers earn $40,000-$65,000+, with no cap. The more households you help, the more you make.

Responsibilities- Call and follow up with people who asked for auto, home, and life quotes
- Explain coverage in plain words, quote it, and write the policy
- Round out the household: bundle home and auto, bring up life insurance, and ask for referrals
- Follow our 3-week calling plan and leave a voicemail every time
- Keep our systems clean (AgencyZoom and Ricochet)
Requirements- No license needed to apply. You'll get your Michigan Property & Casualty license within 2 weeks of starting and Life & Health within 45 days. The agency may help with your classes and first exam.
