We're seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to support licensed agents, build client relationships, and grow within a respected, established organization. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys networking, learning sales strategy, and helping clients make important financial and insurance decisions. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and ongoing development, you will gain the skills and confidence needed to build your own book of business and advance within the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Support licensed agents with client meetings, follow-ups, and service requests
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide a positive experience
  • Assist with applications, policy documentation, and processing
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
  • Learn insurance products, procedures, and compliance standards through training
  • Contribute to team goals by staying proactive, organized, and client-focused

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses are required
  • 1- 3 years in insurance/financial services or sales support in another field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in sales and relationship-building
  • Confident communicator, comfortable networking and prospecting
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by long-term income growth
  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn sales and business development skills
  • Ethical and professional approach to client interactions
