Responsibilities
  • Quote, write, and bind new personal lines insurance policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Conduct coverage reviews and recommend additional protection options
  • Deliver outstanding service on policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales, production, and bundling goals
  • Collaborate with agency partners on life insurance and retirement opportunities
  • Generate referrals and participate in community outreach and marketing activities

Requirements
  • Active insurance license or ability to obtain required licensing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
