- Generate new business by proactively reaching out to prospects and converting leads into clients
- Cross-sell and upsell policies to existing customers to ensure full protection
- Uncover opportunities through needs-based conversations, referrals, and relationship building
- Provide exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through follow-up and closing skills
Requirements
- Active insurance license (we will help you obtain your license)
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a proven desire to succeed
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build rapport, and explain options clearly
