Youre comfortable talking with people all day, motivated by clear goals, and ready to turn leads the agency provides into real business. At Morse Insurance Services, youll join a large Allstate agency with deep roots in Harker Heights and more than four decades of insurance experience.
As our Insurance Sales Rep, your day will center on sales calls, follow-ups, and helping customers choose coverage that fits their needs. Youll work provided leads, make 100+ outbound calls each day, and guide customers through the full sales process for auto, home, landlord, boat, and commercial insurance. Youll also handle some customer service, so strong communication matters from the first hello through the completed sale.
Youll work alongside a kind, experienced team that includes bilingual Spanish and English staff and takes pride in knowing its clients well. Great work gets recognized here, and as your insurance knowledge and sales experience grow, so does your earning potential. Were also open to a hybrid arrangement, with some time in the office initially as you get settled and everyone makes sure its a good fit.
The base pay is $30,000, with expected first-year earnings of $60,000-$80,000. The role also includes PTO, paid holidays, and a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off.
