Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique coverage needs and life goals.

Prepare tailored insurance quotes that offer meaningful protection for families and businesses.

Maintain high standards of service by proactively reaching out to current policyholders for account reviews.

Manage incoming inquiries with prompt, friendly, and helpful solutions.

Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate updates to ensure our clients are fully protected.

Collaborate with the agency team to reach collective growth targets while maintaining a focus on ethical practices.

Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.

Valid Life and Health Insurance License.

At least two years of experience in an insurance agency setting.

Deep familiarity with insurance products and policy structures.

Strong command of agency management software and digital tools.

Excellent verbal communication skills for building trust with clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
