Quoting and servicing Auto, Home, and Commercial policies
Managing renewals and follow-ups
Processing payments and endorsements accurately
Handling documentation
Active GA Property & Casualty License (Required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) HIGHLY Desired. Not Mandatory
Strong multitasking ability
Excellent customer service skills
Professional phone and in-person communication
Ability to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous insurance experience preferred
