Insurance Sales Producer

On-Target Earnings: $75,000-$125,000+

Salary Range: $90000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys talking with people, creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with prospective customers and generating new business opportunities.
• Making outbound calls, following up with leads, and consistently prospecting.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
• Preparing quotes, presenting coverage options, and closing sales.
• Building relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Managing your sales pipeline and following through on opportunities.
• Tracking daily activity and working toward clear production goals.
• Participating in training, coaching, and ongoing skill development.
• Taking ownership of your performance and continually looking for ways to improve.

Licensing

• Property & Casualty license must have or be able to obtain
• Life & Health license must have or be able to obtain
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong character and ethics
• State Farm Agency or insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Positive, professional attitude
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable having sales and insurance conversations
