About the Role:Whittlesey Agency LLC is looking for a driven and personable Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Snohomish, WA. Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Prepare and present insurance quotes for personal, commercial, or life and health lines
- Build and maintain a strong book of business through ongoing client relationship management
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals
Requirements:- Active Washington State Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related financial services field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base
