What You'll Do

Generate new business and develop relationships with prospective customers.

Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.

Present and recommend coverage options that fit customers' needs.

Sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance.

Follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and close sales.

Build a strong book of business through customer relationships and referrals.

Work toward sales goals while continuing to develop your insurance knowledge.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

Previous sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale.

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.

Comfortable with prospecting and generating new business.

Coachable attitude and willingness to learn.

Someone who takes ownership of their goals and wants to grow.

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• As a Licensed Sales Producer, youll help customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs while building a pipeline of new business.
• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead opportunities.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy options, address concerns, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects to turn conversations into long-term client relationships.
• Review existing accounts to identify additional coverage opportunities.
• Work toward individual sales goals while maintaining accurate records and following insurance guidelines.

• Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Texas Life & Health license is a plus.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred.
• Confident communicating with customers and building trust.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, and working through objections.
• Motivated by goals, performance, and professional growth.
• Organized, dependable, coachable, and committed to following through.
