Responsibilities

- Work internet leads and live call transfers provided by the agency

- Quote and close auto, home, and additional insurance products

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage

- Confidently handle objections and ask for the sale

- Identify bundling and cross-selling opportunities

- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects

- Manage leads and customer conversations using agency systems

- Follow a structured sales process

- Meet daily activity and monthly production expectations

- Provide excellent customer service while building long-term relationships

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; qualified candidates willing to obtain licensing may be considered

- Proven sales experience with strong closing ability

- Insurance sales experience strongly preferred

- Excellent telephone communication and relationship-building skills

- Confident objection-handling and persuasive selling abilities

- Competitive, motivated, and results-driven

- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent daily activity

- Strong follow-up, organizational, and pipeline management skills

- Willingness to follow a proven sales process and accept coaching

- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools

- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space

- Required insurance licensing must be obtained before conducting regulated insurance sales
