Insurance Sales Producer

Jason Ayers Farmers Insurance is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in Platte Woods, Missouri. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, introduce them to our insurance products and services, and help identify solutions that meet their needs.

Base salary is $30,000 as well as commissions for sales brought to agency.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $450000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Professional phone etiquette.

Property & Casualty insurance license required

Prior Sales Experience.
