Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Insurance Sales Producer position. This position is a contract opportunity, which is expected to be on-site in Maitland, FL for a duration of 3 - 4 months before going direct.
Summary
We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Insurance Sales Representative who holds an active Florida 2-20, 20-44, and 4-40 licenses and brings at least three years of successful insurance sales experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at networking, and consistently closes new business while delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Generate new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Manage the auto and home insurance sales in full cycle from prospecting to closing.
Maintain accurate client records, quotes, and policy documentation.
Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Active Florida 2-20, 20-44, and 4-40 licenses
Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking ability and comfort engaging with the community.
Excellent closing skills and consultative sales approach.
Computer savvy.
Coachable, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
Associate degree or equivalent community college education
