Insurance Sales Producer

In this role, you will be the face of our agency, serving as a steady hand for families and business owners as they navigate life's uncertainties. You will be working directly in our Newark office, where we emphasize a supportive atmosphere that rewards thoughtful effort and long-term relationship building. Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and explain their coverage options in plain language.

Prepare personalized quotes that align with the goals and budgets of our clients.

Follow up with existing clients to review their policies and ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives change.

Keep our client files accurate and organized so that every interaction is seamless.

Participate in local community events to build awareness of our office and the support we provide.

Collaborate with the rest of the office to maintain a helpful and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

California Property & Casualty insurance license.

Strong comfort level with computers and digital office platforms.

Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with people from all walks of life.

Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.

Bachelors Degree
