Ben Osenga Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The Insurance Sales Agent will help individuals and families identify their insurance needs, provide personalized coverage options, and develop long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with customers, comfortable discussing insurance products, motivated by achieving sales goals, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers who have requested information or insurance quotes.
Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Prepare and present insurance quotes and explain coverage, limits, deductibles, and premiums.
Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the agency's systems.
Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
Stay current on insurance products, company guidelines, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain professional communication and protect customer privacy and confidential information.
Work closely with the agency team and insurance carriers to ensure a smooth customer experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required; insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain the required license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working in a sales environment.
Basic computer and technology skills.
Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required.
