Insurance Sales Producer (In-Office, Paid Training and Licensing)

My name is Leland Fallon. I own Fallon Insurance Agency, a AAA agency in Oshkosh, and Im hiring a Sales Producer to work in our office.

Most families are paying too much for insurance or have coverage that wouldnt hold up if something went wrong. Your job is to fix that. Youll talk with people all day, find out what they need, and help them protect their home, their cars, and their family with AAA. When you do that well, you earn well.

A little background on us. Before opening with AAA, I built an insurance book of about $1.6 million in around 18 months. Our agency earned the Blue Vase award, made Toppers Club, and finished #1 in our district. Now we sell for AAA, a name people already know and trust. That makes a big difference when you pick up the phone.

Heres what we believe in:

People. We dont need you to have insurance experience. Some of our best people came from restaurants, retail, and other sales jobs. If youre coachable, competitive, and you show up every day, we can teach you the rest.

Systems. You wont be figuring this out alone. We have a proven sales script, a clear process for every call, and daily coaching. Youll know exactly what to do and what good looks like.

Growth. Zig Ziglar said you can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. Thats how sales works here. Help enough families, and your income follows.

Pay. $2,500 plus a commission ladder that grows as your production grows. The more you write, the higher your percentage, and it pays back to your first dollar once you move up a level. After 90 days, the agency pays half of your employee premium for medical, dental, or vision. You also earn paid time off, and youre eligible for our 401(k) after one year.

Do I need insurance experience?

No. Well train you from day one.

Do I need a license?

Not to apply. If you arent licensed yet, well pay you while you study and help you pass the state exam. Most people finish in about 30 days. If youre already licensed, even better. Youll be selling sooner.

Do I have to find my own leads?

No. We provide the leads and live transfers. You make the calls and close the sales.

What are the hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your weekends are yours.

Is this remote?

No. This is an in-office job at our agency on Witzel Avenue in Oshkosh.

Whats the team like?

Competitive, but were on the same side. We push each other, we celebrate big days, and we help each other through slow ones.

Salary Range: $80000.00 - $156000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• A typical day looks like this:
• Start the morning with our team huddle.
• Make outbound calls and take live transfers throughout the day.
• Quote home, auto, and life insurance, with a focus on home and auto bundles.
• Close and bind policies on the first call whenever you can.
• Help clients see the value of AAA membership and the AAA credit card, with monthly goals for both.
• Follow up with every quote until you get a clear yes or no.
• Keep clean notes in our CRM so every client gets a great experience.
• Hit your monthly production goals and keep improving with weekly coaching.
