Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right auto, home, life, and financial products
- Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to closed policy
- Hit daily activity targets calls made, quotes delivered, policies written
- Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the full business of insurance and financial services
- Represent the State Farm brand with professionalism in every interaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of outbound phone prospecting or cold calling you know your daily dial numbers
- Competitive drive and genuine resilience when things aren't going well
- A self-starter mindset you don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Income-motivated with clear financial goals you know what you want to earn and you have a plan
- Customer-facing sales experience preferred (mortgage, retail, B2B, phone sales, or insurance)
- Must obtain Ohio Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses within 60 days of hire (we support you through this process)
