The Villafana Agency in Houston, TX is looking for a driven, licensed producer ready to grow a book of business. You'll work in-office with full access to Brightway's carrier network, agency support, and uncapped commission. .

What This Role Involves

• Prospect and close personal lines business auto, home, and life
• Convert inbound leads supplied by the agency into new customers
• Recommend coverage based on each client's actual risk and needs
• Stay on pace with (and beat) monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Active P&C license
• 13 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
• Confident, consultative communication style
• A self-starter mentality you manage your own pipeline
