About the Opportunity

The Dana Lepre Agency is hiring an experienced, licensed producer for a hybrid/remote role covering the Milton, FL area. This position suits someone who already has a track record in insurance sales and wants Brightway's carrier network and support behind them.

The Work

• Manage a book of personal lines business — auto, home, and life
• Take agency-generated leads and move them through to a close
• Advise clients on coverage that actually matches their risk profile
• Deliver on monthly production goals with minimal oversight

Experience We're Looking For

• Active P&C license, no lapses
• 3–6 years of insurance or sales experience
• Proven consultative selling ability
• Comfortable operating independently in a hybrid/remote structure
