We're hiring Insurance Sales Producers for established Farmers Insurance agencies across the Birmingham area. Already licensed? You'll start building your book — and earning renewal income — right away. Not licensed yet? If you've got the people skills and the drive, we'll help you get your Property & Casualty license. What You'll Do
- Help individuals and businesses protect what matters with the right Auto, Home, and business liability coverage.
- Assess each client's needs and recommend tailored P&C policies that fit their situation and budget.
- Guide new and existing clients smoothly through quotes, applications, and policy changes.
- Build lasting relationships that earn repeat business and referrals.
- Support clients through the claims process and keep accurate records in the agency CRM.
