Our Allstate agency in South Daytona Florida is looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager who can lead, coach, and actively sell. If you have a proven record in insurance sales and know how to bring out the best in a team, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation:

• $75000 base salary for the right qualified candidate.
• Bonus & commission opportunities, with the potential to earn $150,000 total annually based on production.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through your own sales production.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet sales goals.
• Manage lead follow-up, sales activity, and customer retention.
• Build strong client relationships and help grow the agency.

• Proven insurance sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A results-driven mindset and commitment to excellent customer service.
• An appropriate active Florida insurance license.
• The ability to develop others while consistently producing sales.
