Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice.
Policy Recommendations: Suggest suitable insurance products tailored to individual client requirements, focusing on building trust and long-term relationships.
Lead Conversion: Efficiently handle and convert leads into satisfied clients by offering personalized insurance solutions.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure we deliver top-notch advice and competitive plans.
Documentation: Accurately document client interactions and transactions in the CRM system for future reference and continuous service improvement.
Networking: Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and various communication channels to expand our client base.
Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or a comparable field.
