Insurance Sales - Farmers Insurance ($2600/month)

The Mitch Joseph Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Grandville, Michigan. Salary Range: $2600.00 - $4800.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
• Educate customers on auto, home, life, renters, business, and specialty insurance products.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to each customer's needs.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and close sales.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the agency's CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.
• Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes.

Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 45 days).

Life & Health License is a plus.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, or insurance experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.

Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the sale.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency software.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
