Insurance Sales Development Representative (Future Producer)
Adrean Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is goal-oriented, and is interested in building a long-term career in insurance sales.
This role begins with outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Top performers will have the opportunity to obtain their insurance license and advance into a Producer role with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers
* Generate and qualify insurance quote opportunities
* Schedule appointments for licensed agents
* Follow up with leads and prospects
* Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM
* Meet daily and weekly activity goals
* Contribute to a positive and energetic sales environment

## Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers using agency-provided lead lists
* Generate auto, home, renters, and commercial insurance quote opportunities
* Qualify prospects and gather information needed for quote preparation
* Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
* Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and prior prospects
* Re-contact existing customers for account reviews and cross-selling opportunities
* Accurately document all conversations and activities in the agency CRM
* Meet or exceed daily call, contact, and quote generation goals
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the agency
* Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
* Learn agency products, sales processes, and customer service standards
* Assist with lead generation campaigns and community marketing initiatives as assigned
## Performance Expectations
* Make 100-150 outbound calls per day
* Generate 8 personal lines quote opportunities per day
* Generate 1-2 commercial quote opportunities per day
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
* Consistently meet attendance and productivity standards

Performance Expectations
Make 100-150 outbound calls per day
Maintain an average of 20-30 outbound calls per hour
Generate a minimum of 8 qualified personal lines quote opportunities per day
Generate 1-2 qualified commercial quote opportunities per day
Accurately collect prospect information needed for quote preparation
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up activities
Consistently meet attendance, productivity, and performance standards
Maintain professionalism and compliance with agency, carrier, and industry standards
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
