Description

Build a Sales Team. Develop Future Agency Leaders. Get Rewarded for Their Success.

Are you an experienced insurance sales professional who loves closing business but gets even more satisfaction from helping others succeed?

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Insurance Sales Development Leader to build, train, and lead a growing team of insurance sales producers at our Farmers Insurance District Office.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands the insurance sales process, knows how to motivate producers, and wants to develop a team capable of consistently delivering exceptional results.

You will work directly with the District Manager to grow a sales development program that recruits promising insurance professionals, provides structured sales training, and prepares successful producers for long-term careers with Farmers Insurance agencies, including potential agency ownership.

The Sales Coach will provide the training, coaching, and accountability necessary to help producers reach this benchmark, while developing top performers to achieve significantly higher production levels.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

You won't be sitting behind a desk reviewing sales reports. You'll be on the sales floor, coaching live conversations, helping producers close business, celebrating wins, and building a winning sales culture.

You'll receive training in the One Call Close methodology and lead the implementation of this structured sales process across your team.
