Our established Allstate agency in Newburgh, NY is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team.

Insurance experience is welcome, but not required. If you have the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed, we will train you.

Salary Range: $46000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance and service needs
• Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options
• Develop relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
• Follow up with prospective customers and sales opportunities
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Licensing

A New York Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain their license.
