Insurance Sales Agent

We're looking for someone who wants to sell, grow, and build a long-term career in insurance. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but it isn't required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, banking, automotive, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other performance-driven roles are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $60000.00 per year

What You'll Do:

The agency provides leads to support sales opportunities, while team members are also expected to actively network, build relationships, and generate new business.

• Prospecting
• Quoting
• Closing
• Outbound Calls
• Lead Follow-Up
• Cross-Selling
• Production Goals
• Pipeline Management
• Asking for the Sale
• Generating Referrals
• Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and requested changes
• Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documentation
• Educate clients about insurance products and available coverage options
• Identify opportunities to better protect and serve clients
• Build lasting client relationships
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance
• Respond promptly to messages and follow-up requests
• Maintain a high standard of service throughout every client interaction
