About the Role:
Join Allstate Insurance Tunnell Agency as a Licensed Insurance Agent and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Lake Geneva, WI. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to provide tailored insurance solutions while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the best coverage options available.
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and networking.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall agency performance and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin insurance license in property and casualty.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others and grow professionally.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training in insurance products and services.
About Us:

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
