Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
Inbound Inquiries: Manage incoming inquiries, address client concerns, and propose effective solutions.
Inbound Sales: Work with prospects that have been transferred to you to quote and review their insurance by phone.
Policy Recommendations: Create and propose insurance plans that align with each client's unique needs and preferences.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to diversify and enhance client portfolios by recommending additional coverage.
Licensure: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred for Louisiana or Texas
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales preferred
Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Customer-Centric: A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional service
