The Jeff Longino Agency in Fredericksburg is looking for a motivated, competitive, and people-focused professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Producer.

You don't have to know everything about insurance on day one. We provide paid, hands-on training and support eligible team members through the process of obtaining their required Texas insurance licenses.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in helping grow the agency by connecting with prospective customers and helping them find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

• Develop and follow up with new business leads
• Connect with prospective customers by phone and email
• Schedule appointments and identify insurance needs
• Prepare and present insurance quotes
• Confidently ask for and close new business
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities
• Assist customers with coverage, billing, and policy questions
• Work alongside the agency owner to achieve sales and marketing goals

What Will Help You Succeed

We're looking for someone who is motivated by results and comfortable taking initiative. You should be confident communicating with customers, following up consistently, and working toward individual and team sales goals.

• Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses, or willingness and ability to obtain them within the required timeframe
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
