As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll focus on developing client relationships within your community and offering a full suite of personal lines insurance products. Our streamlined operations allow you to maximize your sales efforts without being weighed down by administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using consultative sales techniques
- Work a mix of provided and self-sourced leads
- Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods
- Build referral relationships within the Canton, TX area and surrounding region
- Consistently exceed sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuance

Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred; insurance experience not required
- Property & Casualty license required; open to candidates willing to obtain licensing
- Self-starter with a proven track record who doesn't need close supervision
- Comfortable talking to anyone and building relationships quickly
