About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Rivera Agency, a growing new agency expanding into the Denver, CO market. This is an in-office sales role focused on growing a new book of business in Colorado, with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Quote and sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance across multiple carriers
• Build new referral relationships through community and business networking
• Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships
• Consistently work toward new business sales targets

What We're Looking For

• No prior insurance experience required - sales background welcomed
• Property & Casualty license required; licensing sponsorship available for the right candidate
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
