About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Ledo Agency, a new and growing agency serving the McKinney, TX area. This is an in-office sales role with the opportunity to get out into the community and build your own referral network and client base from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Build your own pipeline through self-generated leads and community networking
- Attend marketing and community events to build referral relationships
- Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the insurance process
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For
- Property & Casualty license required; open to candidates willing to obtain licensing
- Prior sales experience preferred, especially for candidates who are not yet licensed
- Self-starter who can independently manage their own day and workload
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first approach
- Spanish-speaking or other bilingual candidates are a plus
