The Charles Wade Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Rockwall, TX.
We are looking for a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, following up with leads, and helping customers find insurance coverage that fits their needs.
This is a full-time, in-office insurance sales position offering base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. You'll work with prospective and existing customers while developing your career in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $61000.00 - $81000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new insurance sales opportunities
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers
- Provide insurance quotes and conduct sales presentations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Follow up on unsold quotes and existing sales opportunities
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct policy reviews
- Generate referrals and develop new leads
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Accurately document customer and prospect information
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Follow agency procedures and applicable insurance requirements
Requirements- Must currently hold at least one active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Health (L&H) insurance license
- Must obtain the additional required insurance license during the probationary period
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with prospecting, outbound calling, and sales follow-up
- Goal-oriented and motivated by sales results
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
- Basic computer and digital office skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time in our Rockwall, Texas office
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.
