Salary Range: $62000.00 - $163000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets by engaging leads, generating quotes, and closing policies
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
• Conduct regular follow-ups to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Requirements

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Georgia, or ability to obtain non-resident Georgia license
• Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience with proven track record of consistently writing $35,000+ in monthly premium (Allstate experience preferred; State Farm Aspirant candidates also qualify)
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and remote work tools
• Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and close sales
