You dont need to come in with everything figured out. Well provide the training, structure, and support. What matters most is your consistency and willingness to learn.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Connect with new and existing clients daily
• Prospect through calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Help clients understand their coverage and options
• Quote and write policies across multiple lines
• Stay organized and manage your pipeline
• Work toward and hit production goals
