As an Insurance Restoration Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing quality customer service while managing the insurance claim journey for our clients.

In This Role You Will Perform The Following Tasks (But Not Be Limited To):

• Canvass storm-damaged neighborhoods and network to find prospective clients.
• Perform safe ground inspections when necessary, as well as roof inspections for wind, hail, and exterior damage. 
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and document scopes of work needed.
• Attend on-site adjuster meets to review damage and agree upon repair/replacement scope
• Secure all required documents, signatures, supplement requests, payments, etc.
• Help navigate the client through the claim process from start to finish which includes communication from beginning to end.
• Attend and market any of your current builds
• Attend any meetings or conference calls when scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home improvement sales and insurance claims process
• Comfort using ladders and walking on roofs
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build trust with clients and negotiate with adjusters
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software (specific CRM training will be provided)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
