Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with insurance questions.
- Explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.
- Contact potential customers and follow up on sales leads.
- Enter customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Use computer systems to process information and manage accounts.
- Provide professional customer service and help meet sales goals.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing sales opportunities.
- Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus.
