About the Role:
We’re a family-owned and operated independent insurance agency, proudly serving clients since 1970. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a licensed Insurance Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong, long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients navigate their coverage, working across multiple carriers, and being a trusted resource for their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support existing clients by reviewing coverage, answering questions, and making policy updates
- Assist with quoting and adjusting policies to ensure clients have the right coverage at the best value
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt, accurate service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
- Identify opportunities to round out coverage when appropriate (no commission-based sales expectations)
Qualifications:- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and carriers
