Insurance Quoting and Data Entry Specialist

Our Farmers Insurance office in Grand Prairie is looking for a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and fast typing skills. This position involves gathering client information, entering data, and preparing insurance quotes in a busy environment.

Salary Range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Job duties include collecting applicant details and enter them into the system to create quotes for auto, home, business, and specialty insurance. Handle incoming calls from leads and provide them with accurate insurance estimates.

• No license needed to start, but must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license after the probationary period (agency will assist)
• Must be 18 or older and pass a background check
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work with multiple computer screens at once
• Comfortable handling rejection when quoting insurance
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Call center, customer service, or data entry experience is helpful
