Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and develop new insurance business through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community involvement.


Assess clients needs and offer appropriate insurance products, including home, auto, commercial, and life insurance.


Prepare accurate quotes and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients.


Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial contact to policy binding and onboarding.


Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Stay informed about carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes.


Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with agency and carrier requirements.


Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).

Life & Health License is a plus.


Previous insurance sales experience preferred, but not required for motivated candidates.


Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.


Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and quoting platforms.


High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindset.
