On-Target Earnings: $75,000-$125,000+

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Assist customers with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, claims, and other service needs.
- Conduct insurance reviews and help customers understand their coverage and options.
- Identify opportunities to better protect customers with additional products and services.
- Follow up with customers and prospects consistently.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for additional insurance conversations.
- Take ownership of customer needs and follow through until they are resolved.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer records.
- Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

Requirements- 1 or more years of State Farm agency experience
- Strong communication and people skills
