Insurance Producer / Sales Representative (Paid Training + Leads Provided)

We are now accepting resumes for Sales Agents to join our team in Plano, Texas.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits

Our newest Sales Agents earn around $60,000-$85,000 per year on average, based on salary + bonus + commissions. These financial achievements are a result of our formula for success:

Responsibilities

• Prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• All other duties as assigned

• Do I need to buy my own leads or cold call?
• No. All leads are 100% agency-provided and paid for through our automated lead system.

• Is an insurance license required to apply?
• No prior license is required to apply. If hired, we guide you through the 40-hour pre-licensing study process and reimburse your fees once you begin.

• Do I need prior insurance experience?
• No prior insurance experience is required. We look for sales drive and communication skills, and we provide complete hands-on training on our SOPs and sales scripts.

• What are the working hours?
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in a comfortable, professional office environment.

You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success.

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is always a bonus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must be motivated and determined
