Brightway Insurance is hiring a motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing Pensacola agency. This is a sales-driven role for someone who wants to build a real career, grow a book of business, and earn based on performance.

You’ll work with multiple top-rated carriers to help clients find the right coverage while developing your own pipeline through outbound outreach. This is a great fit for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited about building income and long-term career growth in insurance.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Quote and sell personal insurance policies from multiple carriers
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Meet sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active FL 2-20 or 20-44 P&C License, required
• 1+ year of Insurance Sales or Insurance Customer Service experience, required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Desire to build income and a long-term career
