The Dalton Davis Agency is a high-performing insurance agency located in Haslett, Michigan, and we are looking for a motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by providing auto, home, and life insurance solutions that fit their needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, helping people, and wants a career with strong earning potential.
You will work with new and existing clients, identify coverage needs, provide quotes, follow up with prospects, and help grow the agency through strong customer service and consistent sales activity.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Selling auto, home, and life insurance products
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Quoting policies and explaining coverage options
- Following up with leads and prospects
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and referrals
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Meeting sales goals and contributing to agency growth
- Maintaining accurate client information and sales activity in agency systems
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills

- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently
- Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and sales processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Insurance license preferred, but not required to start
- Must be able to obtain insurance licensing if not already licensed
