On-site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Hourly Range (dependent on experience) + Bonus Opportunities
ProMD, a leading medical billing company, is hiring a Payment Posting Supervisor to oversee the unit responsible to post insurance and patient payments into EMR/PM systems (e.g., eCW, Intergy, Kareo, Nextgen). We're looking for someone detail-oriented, Excel-proficient, and experienced with EOBs and ERAs. 
Responsibilities - perform and supervise the following:

• Post manual & electronic payments accurately
• Review EOBs and ERAs
• Balance daily figures & document outstanding balances
• Assist with adjustments, transfers, and refunds
• Meet monthly performance goals

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills & billing software experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear written/verbal communication
